A host of expert-led workouts are available every day and include yoga, barre, Pilates, advanced swim, cross training, strength training and light functional circuit, with an emphasis on personalized instruction, hands-on alignment and supportive coaching. Review our 10-day calendar of fitness classes held on property for more details. Please note that the fitness center is reserved for guests 16 years of age or older.
In the fitness center, find a full range of strength and cardio equipment in a breezy indoor-outdoor environment with stunning ocean views. Workout with your favorite Peloton instructors on one of the Peloton bikes, or connect in-person with our certified instructors who are available for one-on-one fitness assessments to create a tailored workout plan that meets your individual goals.
A weekly class calendar is posted outside the Hiʻilani Spa Boutique and is available from the Island Hosts at The Clubhouse. Group fitness classes are $25 per class for Lodge Guests. Thinking of enrolling in multiple fitness classes for the day? Consider purchasing a $75 (per person per day) spa day pass and have unlimited access to all our classes for the day, plus access to the private lap pool, sunning areas, locker rooms, a guided water ritual and more!
