Who We Are

CoralTree Residence Collection's expertise in luxury Hawaiian hospitality and premier property management spans across three of the Hawaiian Islands. On the island of Maui, we offer the largest selection of vacation residences at twelve distinct condo resorts in Wailea-Makena, Lahaina and Kaanapali. On Hawaii Island, we represent two resorts in the Mauna Lani development surrounded by stunning golf courses and beautiful coastlines. We complete our Hawaiian footprint on Kauai, where we manage a collection of 3- and 4-bedroom private villas on the southern coast in addition to the private club community of Kukui’ula.

Our History

In 1976, a small Maui vacation rental company began helping owners rent their Wailea condos to visitors seeking a place to stay in Maui. Fast forward to today and our Hawaii-based business manages over a dozen vacation properties across Maui, Kaua'i, and the Island of Hawaii.

In 2023 we became part of CoralTree Hospitality, a nationally recognized hospitality company specializing in servicing vacation rental properties and guest services at locations across the United States.
